Paige’s Princess Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization providing small grants to pediatric patients with life-long disabilities. We are not condition-specific and consider applications from any disorder or diagnosis that results in the disability of the child.
Grants will be made to finance adaptive equipment or therapeutic services to enhance the quality of life, mobility and independent function of the child.
Paige’s Princess Foundation will not consider requests for debt reduction or reimbursement for previously provided good or services.
Applications will be accepted only for children under the age of 21.
Applicants must live within 100 miles of the greater Cincinnati area or be established patients at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
Applicants must submit medical documentation from physician that verifies that the child has a life-long physically disabling condition. Parents/guardians will be required to sign a medical acknowledgment.
Applicants must also submit proof of denial from insurance and all other funding sources as well as proof of income.
The maximum grant amount for one year will be $2500. Applicants may only apply once in a 12-month period from assistance.
All exceptions must be voted on and approved by the board of directors.
